I received a copy of this book from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.

Wow! The latest book in the Rizzoli & Isles series absolutely did not disappoint! It starts with a girl found dead in her apartment, her eyes gouged out and placed in her hands. As the cause of death goes unanswered, another body is found, this one with arrows through his chest. The more digging they do, the more sick and twisted the story becomes. “Two can keep a secret if one of them is dead.”, and that is exactly what this killer is out to do, make sure the secret stays buried. One other person besides the killer knows the secret and knows why the bodies keep piling up….but she will never tell. Now, fearing she may be next, she needs to help the police find and stop the killer.
Every time I thought I had it all figured out, here came Gerritsen with a twist and I was back at the beginning again. The ending though, was enough to give me chills and thoroughly creep me out!

  1. Sounds like a goodie to me! Will I need to start from the beginning of the series? I don't want to be lost!

    1. I have only read a couple of the books in the series and I wasn't lost at all so I would say no, you don't. You should definitely pick this one up!
