Since there are no new releases that are on my list for tomorrow, I thought I would do a tag. I LOVE coffee so this one was perfect! Hope you enjoy, and comment below with any of your answers to the questions or feel free to do the tag on your own blog.
1. Black: Name a series that's tough to get into but has hard core fans.
You wanna talk about hard core fans???? This series has them!!! It is a very well loved series and I can understand why. I am on the third book, which I am currently reading and while I have enjoyed them so far, I have found it hard to get invested up to this point. HOWEVER, I have heard that the author's writing really develops as the series goes on so I am excited to continue it.
2. Peppermint Mocha: Name a book that gets more popular during the holiday season.
On this one I am going to go with any book from the Harry Potter series. Don't ask me what it is but for some reason when winter comes around it just seems right to read Harry Potter.
3. Hot Chocolate (I have no clue why this one is in here but we are going to go with it): What's your favorite children's book?
This book will always be special to me because each of my kids had Mother's Day Tea program in Kindergarten where this book was read for us and each time it made me cry. I always think of them when I see it.
4. Double Shot of Espresso: Name a book that kept you on the edge of your seat from start to finish.
This book wasn't exactly action packed but it kept me on the edge of my seat wondering what actually happened to her. I had this cult world built up in my head and with the way the book was laid out, the story told in regular text and multi-media, it had me turning pages and reading well into the wee hours of the morning. Not to mention that one of the main characters is from my hometown which NEVER happens, not even remotely close to the town where I live.
5. Starbucks: Name a book that you see everywhere.
Well, since it was just released this is an obvious one. I can't tell you (or maybe if you are crazy like me you already know) how many people were anxiously (chewing on fingers and rocking back and forth in a corner) awaiting the release of this book, including me! I can't look at Goodreads without seeing it in my feed. It's at the front of every bookstore I go to.
6. Hipster Coffee Shop: Give a shoutout to a book by an Indie author.
Now, I haven't read this book yet but it is on my TBR. I have heard really good things about this series and I am excited to read it.
